COVID PROTOCOL
At the time of writing this, weddings are at limited capacity for the unforeseeable future. Since we do not know what sort of restrictions we might be under for gatherings, we have made adjustments to our current contract. The most common concern from our couples when inquiring about our services is not feeling confident to make deposits for weddings when so much is uncertain. Therefore, we have made some changes to our policy in order to make booking with us risk free.

No Rescheduling Fees

Should you choose to change your event date due to COVID 19, we do not charge any fees to reschedule. However, if you change from a non-premium date to a premium date (or vice-versa), a price adjustment may apply.

Easy Cancellations

Should you choose to cancel your event altogether due to COVID 19, we have decided to refund all monies paid (less the non-refundable retainer) regardless when the cancellation is initiated.

Transferrable Deposits

A previously paid non-refundable retainer made for services works as a credit on your account. This retainer may be used for any future DJ services for you, your family, or organization. The retainer may be applied toward any future event where DJ services are needed (not just weddings).

Remote Planning

Although we love to meet face-to-face with our couples, there are no situations that require us to meet in person for your wedding. Everything from the consultation, to the planning, to the final meeting will be completed by video conference, email and phone. Our detailed online planning portal and music request system will make sure you think of everything.

Healthy Talent

If your entertainer is required to quarantine or is not feeling well we will always have a backup available that is healthy and ready to make your event a success! Also, if an entertainer is not comfortable working, for any reason, we have an amazing team that will step up and make it happen so everything is perfect. And of course your entertainer will be wearing a mask.

Safe Dancing

To the best of our ability, we will abide by the regulations set forth by the venue regarding dancing & distancing. Our experience has been that the DJ, through the choice of songs and the volume levels, can control the energy in the room without having to be heavy handed and on the microphone making warnings and reading rules.

Dedicated Microphones

Our DJ will have their personal microphone at the DJ table and a dedicated cordless microphone and stand for your use.  We will wipe down the microphone to sanitize it between speeches.

Contactless Requests

Having a clipboard at the DJ booth will let guests write us notes and write out requests. Our DJs are also happy to share their cell info so that requests can be made by text.

Moving forward, if there are new best practices that evolve we will work with our couples to do our part to ensure safe and successful receptions while abiding by local rules and regulations.
